At Bargain Beds, we know that sometimes when customers purchase a product, they realise that when they go home, they realise that the item is too big, too small, or not quite right. Don’t hesitate, return your purchase to Bargain Beds store within 7 days from the date the product is received, and we’ll provide an exchange or refund. It’s that easy!

HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE

To return your purchase please call Bargain Beds. You can choose to take it back yourself or call ahead to arrange pick-up from your home (pick-up and re-delivery fees apply). The item must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging unopened. Please have your receipt with you when you come into the store, otherwise we won’t be able to return your item.

 

HOW DO REFUNDS WORK

If you change your mind, we will happily refund the full purchase price of your item, via the same method used for the original payment. To qualify for a refund, your purchase must be returned within 7 days from the date the product is received, undamaged, unused and in their original packaging unopened. Please have your receipt with you when you come into the store, otherwise we won’t be able to return your item. Delivery fees will not be refunded.


​​​​​​​CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING ELSE

Not a problem! If you’d prefer to exchange the item for something else, rather than receive a refund, visit Bargain Beds. To qualify for an exchange, your purchase must be returned within 7 days from the date the product is received, undamaged, unused and in their original packaging unopened. Please have your receipt with you when you come into the store, otherwise we wont be able to return your item. If you are exchanging for a different size, the amount you paid will be deducted from your original purchase. If your exchange is less than your returned item, you will receive the difference in a refund. If the item is on sale and now it’s not, if you are purchasing the same item but different colour or size then the sale on that item will remain for you.


ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS TO YOUR POLICY?

Yes. Unfortunately, we do not offer change of mind returns on mattresses, ex floor stock, items sold ‘As Is’ with defects that have been brought to the customer’s attention, ‘Made to Order’ products such as custom made mattresses or products purchased in large quantities, more than 10 of the same item. We do not refund delivery fees.
